Floorball Hockey
Floorball hockey is a skill-focused, contact-free evolution of floor hockey that uses advanced, light-weight sticks and a whiffle ball. The rules are quite similar to those used at JCC Floor Hockey and are designed to promote fair-play and sportsmanship. The game is very popular around the world with more than 2 million players in over 35 countries. In Finland and Sweden the game is played professionally and the 2004 World Championships were televised to 53 countries in 19 languages!
You can try Floorball for free every Wednesday from 8:45 PM to 9:30 PM, statutory holidays excepted. The games are free of charge and equipment is provided. Our venue is the main gym at West Toronto Collegiate (330 Lansdowne Ave @ College). There is plenty of street parking and it is TTC accessible by bus, street car and subway. Any exceptions to the schedule are posted at: http://www.floorballcanada.com/CFUL/
